Requirements
To ensure safety and compliance, we require all contractors to meet the following criteria:
Workers’ Compensation Insurance: Contractors must provide proof of workers’ compensation insurance to ensure coverage in the event of on-the-job injuries.
Liability Insurance: The safety of our clients and the protection of their properties are paramount. Contractors are required to have liability insurance to cover potential damages.
W-9 Form: As part of our administrative process, we ask all contractors to complete and submit the W-9 form. This is crucial for maintaining accurate records and ensuring proper tax reporting.
